From Rendering to Reality

We understand it can be difficult to put these life long ideas into a full concept, so this is where Frankel's expertise in architecture comes in. During your initial consultation we draft a full rendering of your home, capturing your “wish list” items into a floor plan before your very eyes. You walk away with a comprehensive sketch and the confidence in Frankel’s design, quality, and craftsmanship to build your dream home.
Design Build Process
The journey to building your home begins with what we call the “Creative Phase.” During this part of the process, our design team meets with you to determine your family’s needs, unique design style, home size, and overall feel, among others. This phase consists of three parts:
1. Sketch
All of our plans begin with a sketch. Our architects take all of your design ideas and turn them into the first draft of your dream home.
2. Plan
Once your sketch has been reviewed, we will begin working on your plan. This step incorporates both design aspects as well as functionality.
3. 3D Render
After plan finalization, our architecture team will create a 3D rendering of your home that will allow you to "walk through" the space before construction begins. These renderings depict design details, lighting, interior selections, and furniture.
4. Construction
Now the exciting part takes shape: construction. Our highly-skilled project managers now turn your 3D rendering into your reality.
Our architects continue to refine the initial sketch, and lay out sizing digitally. Through collaborative revisions they take it into the 3D rendering, allowing you to see your entire home before signing the contract.
